Akasaka plum branch and blossom design tsuba

This is an Akaska tsuba from my own collection. I think this version of this classic design is pretty much perfect.

It measures 8.37mm top to bottom and is 6.7mm thick

I'll add some detail shots if anyone is interested in making a study of this one.

That is thick at nearly 7mm, is that as thick as they can get? ; nice hitsu-anna.

This is pretty thick, yes, and Early Akasaka often are. I've seen them over 8mm.
