Hello from Texas

Postby Khanh K » Sun Feb 28, 2016 6:48 am

Greetings all. My name is Khanh Khong. I've been a hobby blacksmith since 2013 and derive part of my income from it. I've been slowly building up my collection of tools and organizing my shop. I've been practicing a Japanese battlefield martial art since 2006. I enjoy all manner of metalwork and hope to do a bit of everything. I'm located in Garland, which is a suburb of Dallas. I learned blacksmithing from a local community college and continue my education with the many members of the North Texas Blacksmith Association and the internet. I look forward to learning and participating here. I hope to one day make my own sword and fittings with matching thematic samurai armor.
